Épices et Tout is a specialty food store located in Old Longueuil, a historic neighborhood on Montreal’s South Shore. Here you will discover a world of flavors through a collection of fine foods crafted in Quebec and from around the world. Oils, vinegars, spices, terrines, jams, ciders and other culinary delights are carefully selected by the proprietor, with one thing in common: each has been lovingly created by food artisans with a passion for their craft.

The wide variety of products allows us to curate exceptional gift boxes for friends, colleagues, and clients for all occasions. Or, visit our boutique and choose from among over 1,200 products to create a personalized gift for that special someone in your life.

STUFFED BURGER « BOURBON STREET » FROM CHEF ÉTIENNE

Ingredients:

150 g medium-lean ground beef

10 ml steak spices

15 g cheese curds

3 button mushrooms

15 ml Chef Etienne’s Bourbon Street Sauce

1 burger bun

Preparation:

Preheat your grill to 350F.

In a bowl, combine ground meat, the Bourbon Street sauce and steak spices.

Cook mushrooms for 3 minutes on the grill and slice.

Using a burger stuffer, shape the bottom of the patty, place the cheese and mushrooms in the center and shape the top of the patty. Close and cook on the grill for about 25 minutes, indirectly.

Place in bun and garnish to taste.

LEMON AND CHERRY IN YOGURT COOKIE FROM GRANDMA'S RECIPES

Ingredients:

½ cup of butter at room temperature

1 egg

¼ cup sugar

¾ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 ¼ cups floor

½ teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cup cherries coated with Croque Cerise yogurt

½ teaspoon lemon essence (or 2 tablespoons lemon juice)

1 tablespoon lemon zest

Preparation:

Preparation:

Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 350°F (175°C).

Grease 2 baking sheets.

Cream butter with sugar and brown sugar with an electric mixer. Add egg, essences and lemon zest. Mix until smooth.

In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt into butter mixture.

Cut cherries into 2 or 4 pieces and add to mixture with a spatula.

Shape into 1 ½ inch (4 cm) balls and place on cookie sheets, leaving space between each.

Bake for about 9 minutes or until edges begin to brown.

Let cookies cool and enjoy.
